Update Regexes.py

Suite a une demande sur un commit, j'ai trouvé par moi même le changement a faire pour résoudre le problème sur le commit https://github.com/sarakha63/Sick-Beard/commit/7760ec7f4f2651ccd8fe33370b5e490d7e36a864
