Added support for episodes with format 'Show name Part 1'.  This is common for mini-series.  These changes allowed me to download 2 new mini-series that sickbeard couldn't find before.  I modified tvnamer source in my commit, however I suspect there is an alternative way to do this which would involve creating a custom config file for sickbeard to use, which would be preferable.
