* Use ui.notifications framework rather than calling PNotify directly in order to make sure the options are set
Rework libnotify to assure no exceptions and to simplify
Add some missed ui notifications
Remove unused code

* Add pgi.repository to libs, simplify/fixup libnotify a bit

* Capture p?gi.repository warnings
