Use only US language scene exceptions from thexem.

Currently the scene exceptions downloaded from thexem.de contain all languages. Meaning also alias names of all other languages.
Example for the show "Pawn Stars" the German alias "Die Drei vom Pfandhaus" gets added as a scene exception.
What can unintendedly result in snatching the German version of the show.
Another problem is that SickRage does an extra search for every individual scene name, 
so its important to have the scene exceptions as correctly/accurate as possible to prevent wasting a API request.
Last it could solve some locale issues for Animi. As there are probably some Japanese characters in some of the scene names.

Important

Before using this with your existing database (sickbeard.db) please make a backup copy of it and delete any other database files such as cache.db and failed.db if present
We HIGHLY recommend starting out with no database files at all to make this a fresh start but the choice is at your own risk
