The bug here that is fixed is small, for some reason, something was

changing the periods in vlan domains to underscores.  I can't seem
to find what is doing that.  So fixed that, along with some readablity
of the code (but that could be personal perference).

In English, row and line are synonymous.  The $rowCount varibles is
really the column in the spreadshet, and the Line is the row.  This
was very confusing when trying to read the code.  I suppect that
this syntax is used throughout export-import module.
