Add two flags: --include_inactive_devices and --log_level

--include_inactive_devices will cause prometheus-dyson to connect to and use
devices that the Dyson web API returns as "inactive." Otherwise these would
be skipped.

--log_level (one of DEBUG, INFO, WARNING, etc.) to enable additional
information for debugging.
